6. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer return/exchange on select items based on our quality checks and return eligibility.

  • Eligibility Window: 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Certain categories like lingerie, cosmetics, bespoke or bridal jewellery are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 2 hours.
