Cancellation and Refund

At The Flamingo Fashion, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness to all our customers, we currently do not offer refunds on any purchases.
1. No Refund Policy
Please note that all purchases made on www.theflamingofashion.com are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
As a seller of imitation and fashion jewellery, we maintain strict hygiene protocols and cannot restock products once opened or tried. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered instances where products are used and then returned. Being a growing brand, we are currently unable to absorb the costs of such returns and aim to maintain transparency from the outset.
2. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via email at support@theflamingofashion.com with your Order ID.

Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)
While we do not offer refunds, in rare cases of damage, wrong product, or manufacturing defect, we may offer a one-time exchange or store credit, provided:

You raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

You share unboxing video or photo proof clearly showing the issue.

The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
Note: Final approval is at the discretion of our quality control team after reviewing the request.
4. Non-Returnable Categories
For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for:

Lingerie or Intimates

Cosmetics

Custom-made or Bridal Jewellery

Clearance or Discounted Items
5. Store Credit (If Approved)
In case of a valid issue, and upon approval, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund. This credit will be valid for 3 months and can be redeemed for any future purchase on our website.
6. Our Rights
The Flamingo Fashion reserves the right to:

Deny any refund or exchange request if the product shows signs of use or tampering.

Modify this policy at any time to adapt to evolving business needs, fraud prevention, and customer trust protection.
