Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Flamingo Fashion, we’re committed to getting your favourites to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Our shipping operations are powered by Shiprocket, one of India’s most trusted logistics platforms, ensuring a smooth and trackable delivery experience.

 


 

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, including major cities, towns, and most serviceable pin codes.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

 


 

2. Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow your shipment in real time.

 


 

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & remote areas: 6–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to festivals, weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if available, will be shown at the time of placing the order.

 


 

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a tracking link from Shiprocket via SMS/email.

  • You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your Order ID or tracking number.

 


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally happen due to:

  • Remote or unserviceable locations

  • Natural calamities or external disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

In such cases, we will notify you and keep you informed about the revised delivery status.

 


 

7. Order Not Delivered / Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Share your Order ID and registered contact details so we can raise a ticket with the courier partner.

  • Resolutions may take up to 7 working days.

 


 

8. Tampered or Damaged Packages

Do not accept the parcel if:

 

  • It looks tampered, unsealed, or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Immediately click photos and email us at support@theflamingofashion.com with the unboxing video or proof.

We may not be able to help once the package is accepted without proof.
